备受北京画坛关注的“东方欲晓——蓝正辉体量水墨展”将于10月30日上午9：30分在中国美术馆开幕。研讨会也将在30日上午举行。

　　蓝正辉是一个与潮流保持距离的行吟游子。在中国水墨的当代表现方面默默的做了多年的工作。

　　一方面，他的水墨方式区别于国内的小笔绘制，他更多的是用自制的大笔做抽象的“面”的表现性书写。回望20世纪的多位水墨大师的作品，我们都可以看到这种“面”化书写表达的影子，而兰正辉把这种“面”表达的方式推向了一个极致。这或许是兰正辉体量水墨的价值和意义所在。

　　另一方面，他的作品不单是尺度和气场的“大”，更注重画面内涵的“精”——更恰当的词是“准确”——情感，意念，视觉关系和结构的准确。在他的画作面前你能够感觉到画面内的一种价值构建与存在，一种震慑力。这些得益于他长期的思想积淀和视觉修炼。

　　当与他同时期（85，86新潮时期）出道的许多人都红透半边天的时候，他却可以静心的躲在黄山脚下一个山沟里构筑他的“体量水墨”世界。能感觉到他心存高远，有更大的企图——在表现性中国水墨的当代化和国际化方面。

　　这次展览中的一幅主要作品，是11米长，4米高，名为“东方欲晓”的表现性巨作。据说这幅作品是他某天早上五点起来梦游而成，那场景你会感到似曾相识。是的——东方既白不可阻挡——传达出他对东方水墨振兴的期盼与渴望。

　　The featured solo exhibition"Heavy Ink Painting by Zhenghui Lan"will be open at 9:30am on Oct.30. in National Art Museum of China, and the seminar will be held after opening ceremony.

　　Zhenghui Lan is an unique artist who keeps distance from the current in the art circle. He has devoted himself to explore the contemporary expression of Chinese Ink Painting For years. His ink painting is different from those painted with smaller brush, instead,he uses the self-made big brush to make expressive calligraphy of abstract "square".Actually,looking back to the ink paintings by those great artists in the last century,we can see the sign of this "square" style calligraphy expression,and Lan develop it to a further level as much as he can——it may just be the significance of his "Heavy Ink Painting". His work is "big" in terms of size and momentum, furthermore, he emphasizes the "exact" meaning——"accurate" may be more suitable——the accurate expression of feelings, impression, visual relation and structure. Facing his work, You can feel the kind of value existing in the paintings, and feel the shock from inner heart. Which benefit from his continuous spiritual and visual accumulation.While lots of people he knew at the same period(85,86 Art Movement)become very hot with the tide of art,however,he can peacefully stay in a small town by Yellow Mountain to build his"heavy ink painting"world.It can be felt that he has a bigger dream in his heart with strong purpose——to make the expressive Chinese Ink Painting more contemporary and acceptable in the world.

　　A representative work in this exhibition is called "The east will dawn " , which is 11M long, 4M high. It's said that this work was created dramatically at 5 am someday when he's half sleeping. It may look familiar, Yes——it can't be stopped——The East will dawn——which conveys his aspiration for the booming of oriental ink painting.
